Equipped with an SR Suntour XCM32LO fork with 120mm travel, 46mm offset, and lockout functionality, the Storm 120 absorbs trail shocks while maintaining precise handling. The tapered headset and robust 6061 alloy handlebars (750mm on small, 780mm on larger sizes) with 30mm rise give excellent control and stability. DDK lock-on grips ensure a secure hold for even the roughest rides.
Drivetrain & Performance:
The bike features a 10-speed Shimano CUES drivetrain, including a SL-U6000 shifter, RD-U6000 rear derailleur, and CS-LG300 11-48T cassette, delivering smooth and reliable gear changes. The Prowheel alloy crankset with a 30T chainring ensures efficient pedaling, while the KMC Z10 chain and cartridge bottom bracket provide long-lasting durability.
Braking System:
Stop confidently with Tektro HD-M275 hydraulic disc brakes on both front and rear, paired with 160mm 6-bolt rotors. These brakes provide consistent, powerful stopping power, even in wet or muddy conditions, while the alloy brake levers offer precise modulation.
Wheels & Tires:
Rolling on 29-inch Maxxis Forekaster tires (27.5" on size S) mounted on DP 27 rims with stainless steel 14g spokes, the Storm 120 glides smoothly over technical terrain. Front and rear Formula hubs (15x100mm front, 10x135mm rear) ensure strength and reliability.
Comfort & Fit:
The X-Fusion Manic LC seat post (100mm on S, 125mm on M–XXL) and Norco XC saddle with steel rails keep you comfortable on long rides. The Norco alloy nutted seat post clamp adds durability and stability.
